• 2 oz Junction 35 Single Barrel Bourbon

• 1oz Maple Syrup

• 4-5 Dashes of Walnut Bitters or 4 oz Bitters and One Crushed Walnut Half.

• Cherry and Candied Pecan or Walnut for Garnish

In an ice-filled mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir for 60 seconds. Strain over large ice in a chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry and candied pecan or walnut. * Note: This cocktail is not served at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar.
