Junction 35 Spirits takes its name from the rich history of Sevier County, where loggers and moonshiners once hid their 'shine on trains to outsmart patrols. These trains stopped near Latitude 35 North, where moonshine was unloaded and bootlegged across East Tennessee. Inspired by this legacy, Junction 35 celebrates community, great food, and exceptional spirits. Just as 'The Junction' was a gathering place during the railroad boom, we strive to be the go-to destination in the Smoky Mountains—where visitors can drink responsibly, eat great food, and enjoy handcrafted spirits.
