Product Profile:
Junction 35’s Single Barrel Rye is the mellowed out older version of our Straight Rye. This one is warm with notes of coriander and loaded with spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger linger on the smooth smoky finish.

Recipe:

Hot Toddy

• 2 oz Junction 35 Single Barrel Rye
  
• 3 oz Boiling Water
  
• ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  
• 1 oz Wildflower Honey
  
• Half a Cinnamon Stick
  
• Lemon Wedge for Garnish
  
• Boil the water with the cinnamon stick. Pour boiling water, cinnamon stick, Single Barrel Rye, lemon juice, and honey into a mug. Mix and garnish with lemon wedge. *NOTE: This cocktail is not available at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar. We do offer similar warm cocktails, seasonally.
