Product Profile:
Junction 35 Single Barrel Bourbon is the older brother to our award-winning Straight Bourbon, just aged a few extra years and always released in Single Barrel batches. If you love our Straight Bourbon, and want the smoothest bourbon in the Smokies, this one's for you.

Tasting Notes:
Junction 35 Bourbon is incredibly mellow. It is sweet to the nose with corn and cereal grain, as well as hints of vanilla. Caramels and spices meet the taste buds through the middle. The finish is smooth, warm, with lingering notes of earthy spice and candied fruit.

Recipe:

Maple Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Junction 35 Single Barrel Bourbon
  
• 1/s oz Maple Syrup
  
• 4-5 Dashes of Walnut Bitters or 4 oz Bitters and One Crushed Walnut Half.
  
• Cherry and Candied Pecan or Walnut for Garnish
  
• In an ice-filled mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir for 60 seconds. Strain over large ice in a chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry and candied pecan or walnut. * Note: This cocktail is not served at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar.
