• 2 oz Junction 35 Honey Whiskey
• 1 oz Water
• ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
• Garnish with a Lemon Twist
In a shaker filled with ice, add in all ingredients except the garnish. Shake well and strain into into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish with a lemon twist.
