• 2 oz J35 Gin
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• Twist of Lemon for Garnish
• Top with a dry Champagne or Prosecco
Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice until very cold. Strain into a wide champagne glass and top with champagne. Serve with a twist of lemon. *This cocktail is not available at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar, as it contains champagne or prosecco.
